מדיניות פרטיות
מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע אוסף משחק הטריוויה Faultless ("האפליקציה"), כיצד הוא משמש, ואילו אפשרויות עומדות לרשותך.
מידע שאנו אוספים
- פרטי חשבון: כתובת אימייל, שם משתמש, וסיסמה מוצפנת (אם נרשמת עם סיסמה). בהתחברות עם Google אנו מקבלים את מזהה חשבון Google, האימייל והשם שלך.
- נתוני משחק: ניקוד, תוצאות משחקים, תשובות, ניסיון (XP), יתרת נקודות וירטואליות והיסטוריית תנועות, השתתפות בטורנירים ומשימות.
- נתונים חברתיים: רשימת חברים והזמנות למשחק. הודעות צ'אט בזמן משחק מועברות לשחקנים בחדר בזמן אמת ואינן נשמרות.
- דיווחים: דיווחים ששלחת על שאלות או בעיות.
- התראות: מזהה מכשיר להתראות Push (Firebase Cloud Messaging), אם אישרת התראות.
- פרסומות: האפליקציה מציגה פרסומות באמצעות Google AdMob, שעשוי לאסוף את מזהה הפרסום של המכשיר ונתוני שימוש, בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות של Google.
- נתונים טכניים: כתובת IP ופרטי בקשות נשמרים ביומני השרת לצורכי אבטחה ואיתור תקלות.
כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע
- הפעלת החשבון, המשחק, טבלאות הדירוג, הטורנירים והפיצ'רים החברתיים.
- שליחת התראות על הזמנות, בקשות חברות וטורנירים.
- הצגת פרסומות, כולל פרסומות מתגמלות.
- מניעת רמאות, שימוש לרעה ובעיות אבטחה.
שיתוף מידע
איננו מוכרים מידע אישי. שם המשתמש והניקוד שלך גלויים לשחקנים אחרים. מידע מועבר לספקי שירות הפועלים עבורנו בלבד: Google (התחברות, AdMob, Firebase Cloud Messaging) וספק האחסון של השרת. ייתכן שנמסור מידע אם נידרש לכך על פי חוק.
שמירת מידע ומחיקה
המידע נשמר כל עוד החשבון קיים. ניתן למחוק את החשבון בכל עת מתוך האפליקציה (הגדרות ← חשבון ← מחיקת חשבון) או לפי ההנחיות בדף מחיקת החשבון. המחיקה מסירה לצמיתות את פרטי החשבון, נתוני המשחק, היתרה, החברים ומזהה ההתראות. דיווחים ששלחת נשמרים ללא שיוך אליך. יומני שרת נמחקים באופן שוטף.
ילדים
האפליקציה מיועדת לבני 18 ומעלה ואינה מיועדת לילדים. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע מקטינים.
אבטחה
התקשורת עם השרת מוצפנת (HTTPS) וסיסמאות נשמרות מוצפנות. אף שיטה אינה בטוחה לחלוטין, אך אנו נוקטים אמצעים סבירים להגנה על המידע.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Faultless trivia game ("the App") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: email address, username, and a hashed password (if you register with a password). If you sign in with Google we receive your Google account ID, email and name.
- Gameplay data: scores, game results, answers, experience points (XP), virtual point balance and transaction history, tournament and mission participation.
- Social data: your friends list and game invites. In-game chat messages are relayed to players in the room in real time and are not stored.
- Reports: reports you submit about questions or problems.
- Notifications: a push notification device token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), if you allow notifications.
- Advertising: the App shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect your device's advertising ID and usage data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
- Technical data: IP address and request details are kept in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To run your account, games, leaderboards, tournaments and social features.
- To send notifications about invites, friend requests and tournaments.
- To show ads, including rewarded ads.
- To prevent cheating, abuse and security problems.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Your username and scores are visible to other players. Data is shared only with service providers acting on our behalf: Google (Sign-In, AdMob, Firebase Cloud Messaging) and our server hosting provider. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by following the instructions on the account deletion page. Deletion permanently removes your account details, gameplay data, balance, friends and notification token. Reports you submitted are kept without being linked to you. Server logs are rotated regularly.
Children
The App is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Security
Communication with our server is encrypted (HTTPS) and passwords are stored hashed. No method is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Changes and contact
