מחיקה מתוך האפליקציה (מיידי)
- פתח את אפליקציית Faultless והתחבר לחשבון.
- עבור ללשונית הגדרות.
- באזור חשבון לחץ על מחיקת חשבון ואשר.
בקשת מחיקה ללא האפליקציה
שלח אימייל אל ebsmartzone@gmail.com מהכתובת הרשומה בחשבון, עם הנושא "מחיקת חשבון" ושם המשתמש שלך. נמחק את החשבון תוך 30 יום ונאשר זאת במייל.
מה נמחק
פרטי החשבון (אימייל, שם משתמש, סיסמה, קישור ל-Google), נתוני משחק וסטטיסטיקות, יתרת נקודות והיסטוריית תנועות, חברים, הרשמות לטורנירים ומזהה התראות — לצמיתות וללא אפשרות שחזור.
מה נשמר
דיווחים ששלחת על שאלות נשמרים ללא שיוך אליך. יומני שרת טכניים נמחקים באופן שוטף.
Delete your Faultless account
In the app (immediate)
- Open the Faultless app and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Under Account, tap Delete Account and confirm.
Request deletion without the app
Email ebsmartzone@gmail.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete account" and your username. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your account details (email, username, password, Google link), gameplay data and statistics, point balance and transaction history, friends, tournament registrations and notification token — permanently and irreversibly.
What is kept
Reports you submitted about questions are kept without being linked to you. Technical server logs are rotated regularly.
